Gender-bending chemical used in plastic bottles doubles risk of heart disease

Just to add to the general joy and happiness of everyday life.  A new report has been published in the journal of the American Medical Association which suggests that there are one of the chemicals being used in making food packaging, drink cans, and baby bottles may actually double your risk of heart disease.

It also appears to raise the risk of diabetes, and it has been linked to  a number of other diseases including breast cancer, liver damage, obesity, fertility problems in men and developmental disorders in babies.
